Delta Document Services has one of the largest databases of Abstractors in the industry. With several thousand Abstractors, we pride ourselves on the flexibility of having more than one contact in each county. Because of the ever-changing requirements of counties and clients, our database flows with continuously updated information. Constant monitoring allows us the flexibility to add and remove Abstractors based on need and their performance. What does this mean for our clients? It means we have the confidence that we are providing the fastest and most accurate outsourcing services in the industry.

While most other outsourcing companies take weeks or even months to pay their Abstractors, we realize that our Abstractors are the backbone of our business. The Abstractors who work with Delta Documents Services know that when they return their orders, usually within 24-72 hours, their invoices will be paid within the week. We believe that by taking care of our loyal Abstractors with quick payment for their quick turnaround times, we inspire them to work harder and faster for us.

If you have ever had the inevitable “No-Find,” you realize how frustrating it can be. While we can’t guarantee that you will never receive a No-Find, we prefer to have Abstractors who search only a few specific local counties to make sure they are very familiar with each county's record-keeping systems. Each Abstractor is requested to return the closest recorded document information within a three-year time frame in the case of a “No-Find”, ensuring that you will not be left empty-handed.
